Here is how the free countertop marketing program works:

  • You complete the registration program form.
  • We review your companies online reputation.
  • If you meet our requirements we will start the free lead trial
  • These are exclusive customers. we do not generate a customer and farm the customers information to multiple countertop companies.
  • The consumer will review information about your specific business and will choose to reach out to you.
  • We will capture the customers contact information and in real-time record the details in the spark lead management system and notify you via email or with a direct call through our call tracking.
    • If you do not close 1 of the first 10 customers that we send you we will remove your information and contact details from our system.
  • When you do close 1 of the first 10 that we send you then we start to transition to our core services.
  • You will use some of the funds from this first sale to start this new service.
    • You just made a sale worth $2500-$3500; margin estimate $1000-$1500.
    • An example next step is our partner program** which is $399 per month unlimited contacts.
      • Your goal now is to make 2-4 sales in the next 30 days
  • We will start to scale up our services and volume of customers that we send you.
  • At no time are you required to change anything that you are currently doing with your websites or any current relationships. We work independently from your current infrastructure.
    • Typically we start to manage other aspects of your business presence online but this is after we have shown you that we can grow your sales.
  • We don't have long term commitments or contracts. we have never needed to do this.
  • Our goal is to create partners in various markets to position them as the leader in their respective markets for direct to consumer custom countertops sales.

**If we do not receive renewal prior to the start of the next billing cycle this is considered a cancelation and service is disrupted.

Complaints from customers are taken very seriously. If we receive complaints of unfair business practices or customer dissatisfaction with your services we will notify you and require that it be addressed. If it is not addressed then we may choose to not renew services with your company. We don't want to hear bad things from your customers. It has happened and 99% of the time our partners deal with the issue appropriately. Since 2008 we have only canceled services because of customer complaints 1 time.
